Manulife US REIT-Sustainability Report 2020

Stakeholder Engagement MUST recognises the need and importance of taking care of our stakeholders’ interests, especially so during the COVID-19 pandemic. More so than ever, we need to ensure business continuity and accountability to stakeholders. In 2020, we identified the needs of our tenants, investors, local community, employees and provided business updates and focused on their well-being. To ensure the effectiveness of MUST’s engagement programmes, we sought verbal feedback fromour stakeholders during meetings and written feedback through event surveys, tenant satisfaction and employee engagement surveys.
